Enterprise Business Development Manager

EZONES is looking for a proven sales leader to join our team! Are you passionate about Cloud solutions? Do you have experience selling SaaS, Microsoft, and/or Salesforce solutions? The Enterprise Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling the EZONES SaaS offering as well as SharePoint and Salesforce applications to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients across North America. Partnering closely with our technical, marketing, and alliance resources, the Enterprise Business Development Manager will spearhead EZONES’ sales efforts to attain or over-achieve prescribed revenue targets.  

Due to the expansive territory, EZONES is ideally looking for a candidate to be located in the Central US, but we are open to all qualified candidates.


  • Generate new business through established leads, referrals and cold calling.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue objectives
  • Create and maintain Account and Territory level plans
  • Work with Executive and Marketing teams to define and execute unified sales and marketing campaigns
  • Work with systems integrator partner channel on sales opportunities and pipeline development
  • Work with technical resources to ensure product demonstrations and POCs are well matched to clients’ needs and interests
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce.com
  • Participate in marketing activities and events as needed
  • Be a solid team player who loves to work hard and have fun



  • B.A./B.S
  • 7-10 years relevant enterprise software sales experience, preferably in the Microsoft space
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with not just internal customers but also external customers and vendors
  • A successful track record of quota attainment demonstrating your ability to stay motivated to achieve your goals
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional audiences with command of all available EZONES offerings
  • Documented experience closing six figure deals as well as documented ability to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Must have excellent organizational, time management, communication, decision making and presentation skills
