Dan Goman, Founder & CEO of OWNZONES, is a recognized technology innovator with a strong background in strategic leadership at Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, and Lucent Technologies.
While a program manager in the Windows Media division of Microsoft, Goman coordinated with content and hardware partners to develop and enhance digital rights management functionality for the company's device-independent PlayReady DRM product.
Goman's expertise with DRM combined with his realization that a paid content solution will succeed only if it favors all parties involved, led him to found OWNZONES in 2010. Offering media companies a personalized digital content platform through which they can access new revenue opportunities for their original content, OWNZONES serves the consumer the content they want, anywhere, anytime, across any device via an elegant and easy to use website.
Prior to creating OWNZONES, Goman spent 15 years in the computer sciences industry as a technical engineer and consultant, directing large cross- disciplinary teams.
A fitness fanatic, Dan can be found hiking in the beautiful foothills of Phoenix, or at a power gym.

Aaron Sloman is a Microsoft veteran and experienced entrepreneur. As part of the OWNZONES Media Network team, Sloman oversees all aspects of technology architecture and development for both the consumer and enterprise lines of business.
Sloman’s experience at Microsoft was marked by the browser wars, platform battles and evolution of data driven user experiences. He worked alongside clients’ executive teams to drive thought leadership and map to technology solutions, leading the implementation teams for companies such as Gap, Starbucks, MSN, Ford, buy.com and Intel. In 2005, Sloman left Microsoft to form speakTECH, a technology consulting firm focused on Microsoft enterprise solution implementation. Over the course of five years, Aaron grew speakTECH to become a leading implementation partner for the largest internet companies, including MySpace, Disney, Dell and Microsoft. speakTECH received many industry awards for leadership, innovation, and design, leading Perficient to acquire them in 2010. Sloman led Perficient’s Microsoft business practice, helped drive M&A efforts and strategy, and organizational restructuring.
Sloman frequently speaks at conferences on social, cloud, and mobile solutions, along with other trending topics, He also participates in thought leadership groups for platform vendors for emerging segments like Cloud Computing (PAAS, IAAS), Big Data and Social/Collaboration.

Val Voci is a recognized leader in media and online publishing, with broad experience in marketing, business development, and content creation. With senior roles at top media companies including The Washington Post and The Economist Group, Voci has been successful in leading and integrating a range of professionals cross-departmentally and creating an entrepreneurial environment that drives innovation and results.
At OWNZONES, Voci applies her extensive subscription content expertise to lead the team in all aspects of marketing and promotion. With backgrounds in data analytics, search engine optimization and marketing, the OWNZONES team is focused on raising the visibility of our partners' premium content while continually improving the experience for our consumers. The OWNZONES model of "anywhere, anytime, on any connected device" viewing of personally selected content, all free from the clutter of advertising, is promoted by our brand and media relations team.
Voci Media Works East, a consultancy founded by Val Voci, focuses on marketing and communications for online customer acquisition and engagement. The firm manages a wide-range of projects for clients; providing media relations, creative services, social media management, brand identity, marketing automation and data services. Amy Costello is a leader in technology sales, marketing and alliance development. With experience in consulting as well as software, Costello has been successful in combining the best of both worlds to bring comprehensive end-to-end solutions to her customers and partners.
As part of the EZONES team, Costello is responsible for applying her experience in building brands, solutions, and channels to help build our enterprise team. Her mission is to help expose EZONES to the right audience, help customers consume relevant content, and engage with the larger community to deliver world-class software.
Costello has extensive experience in the Microsoft space, including strategic roles at speakTECH, Perficient, and K2. She is currently a member of Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference engagement board and is a co-creator of the Emerging Leaders content track. Costello graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in International Development Studies.
Mike Vorhaus, founded Frank N. Magid Associates' Internet practice in 1995 and its Gaming practice in 2001. He provides research and strategic consultation to a number of major traditional media companies, as well as many of the leading Internet and gaming companies. Vorhaus also leads Magid's practice, advising investment firms on media and technology assets.
Vorhaus supports OWNZONES strategic initiatives, advising on business models, pricing and promotion.
Vorhaus has been a columnist in Ad Age and is quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Reuters, etc. regularly and has appeared on CNBC. He has worked in two White Houses and the US Congress, as well as in transfer of technology and fundraising at Caltech, UC Berkeley, and UC Santa Barbara. Vorhaus graduated cum laude in Psychology/Sociology with a B.S. from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
Matt Hanover is an innovative digital media content executive skilled in deal-making, new opportunity development, marketing, strategy, content licensing, advertising and social media.
Hanover advises OWNZONES on a range of strategic initiatives with his proven track record of connecting people and solutions that result in long-term profitable relationships.
Hanover has created or collaborated on original programming for television (ESPN, USA) and the web (Wolfgang Puck, Unilever), as well as licensed for emerging technologies that span airlines, wireless, and other out of home platforms.

Since 2001, Tavss has planned and directed integrated marketing campaigns for companies including 20th Century Fox Theatrical and Home Entertainment, Warner Brothers International, Buena Vista Theatrical, ABS-CBN Global, myMARQ, BuzzSwag and Kid Track Mobile.
Currently, Tavss is a driving force behind ConnectD – a global company expanding brands’ digital presence in physical spaces through a suite of touch applications within connected displays.
His work has earned numerous awards including the London International Design Award, Webby Awards and Key Art Awards for his work on The Simpsons Movie and Avatar global digital campaigns.
